Extract from the commercial register accord. to §14 GewO (German trade regulations)
The commercial register is maintained by the local communities and includes all companies and businesses listed in accordance with the German trade regulations (GewO) the registered offices of which are located in the corresponding community.
Public authorities and private individuals can file an application to request information from the commercial register in the form of an extract. The consent of the person concerned regarding the transmission of his or her data is not required.

Extracts from the commercial register correspond to the information known to the business registration office at the time the information was requested. The authority makes no claim to the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Information on deregistered businesses will not be provided.
