If there is no form for your request available in the authority finder (ZuFiSH), you may submit an informal application or notification and you can submit the required documents as attachments. If there is a form available, you have to use the form.
Note: Available forms are only displayed if you indicate the location in addition to the required administrative service!
We approach the competent authorities and forward your documents within the framework of our competences as required. If a first visual check of your documents reveal that a piece of information is missing, we will get back to you.
Afterwards, the competent authority formally checks your documents for completeness, acknowledges receipt of your documents and processes your request. If your help is required, e.g., if you need to submit additional documents, provide further information or if you have to pay a fee, you will receive unsolicited information.
Furthermore, you can contact us at any given time until the competent authority has ruled on the application.
